1. General Terms and Conditions

  • Products purchased from Tiens.az food supplements and natural products intended for personal use used products are not returned.

  • Customer only unused, in original packaging, undamaged has the right to return the products.

  • Refund 14 days from the date of receipt of the product possible within.

2. Return Terms

The product is accepted for return in the following cases:

  • If the product was shipped incorrectly (for example, a different product than the one you ordered).

  • If the product has passed its expiration date.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Terms
